This wreath was handmade on a wire frame with a double layer poly mesh base. The metal sign, mesh curls and ribbons were attached using chenille stems and string, and the ornaments were glued in with hot glue. This wreath has been sprayed with a UV Protectant spray to help keep its colors bright!
