Return Policy

General Policy:

As each of our items is uniquely handmade, we cannot accept returns of our items. However, if we are notified of any issues within 14 days of the delivery of your order, we will be happy to accommodate you! We will do our best to find a solution that works for all parties involved.

 

At Wishing Well Home Goods, we put great care into the creation of our products--attention to design, materials, safety, and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect each product before it is shipped, and we want you to be happy with your order. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers—YOU are our top priority, and we believe it is our duty to always deal with you honestly and fairly! 

 

Personalized Items & Woodworks Policy:

As each woodworks item is handmade, we cannot guarantee your item will look exactly like the product photos on our website; but we do our best to represent our products honestly in regards to color, details, etc. Woodworks items will likely vary in grain and slightly in color from the product photos--but we believe these unique qualities are what "shopping handmade" is all about! We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to dissatisfaction with wood grain pattern or color of personalized woodworks items. 

 

We offer a variety of customizable items, and it is important to us that they are exactly what you want! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) and ask that you please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, initials, and names carefully. Please don’t hesitate to reach out at anna@wishingwellhomegoods.com if you have questions before placing your order. We cannot guarantee the ability to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as we begin production shortly after receiving your order--however, if you notice that you've input the wrong information, reach out as soon as you can, as it is possible we have not customized your item yet. 

 

ReminiScents Candle Policy:

Our ReminiScents Candle Line is one of our most unique product lines--we take great care when making these special candles! Each vessel is found (most are found locally), cleaned, tested (both for vessel durability & safety, and for the best combination of wax, fragrance, wick, and dye) and hand poured with love. As these are up-cycled and very often vintage vessels, there may be blemishes, crazing, small paint chips or cracks (that do not affect the integrity of the candle), fading, and other minor defects in the vessels. As our goal with the ReminiScents Line is to take something old and give it new life, we believe these imperfections add to the character and history of each vessel. We do not offer refunds due to existing imperfections in these vessels. However, we do our best to acknowledge any current imperfections in the product descriptions. We hope you love yours, and continue to repurpose it once you've burned your candle! 

 

Custom Orders Policy:

 

As custom orders are created just for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for these items created using the custom orders form. We do our very best to communicate with you about your order before and during the process of creating it--we want it to be exactly what you want! However, once the item has been made, we cannot offer cancellations or returns. If you receive a custom order and would like to ship it back to us for alteration, please reach out, and we would be happy to address your concerns and wishes!
